About Us
The Private Practice Experience is held at the private dental office of Dr. David Forlano. We are centrally located on the south shore of Long Island in a state-of-the art 4,000 sq ft facility at 375 East Main Street, East Islip, NY 11730.
If traveling by car, we are conveniently located off Exit 45W of the Southern Parkway. If traveling by Long Island Railroad, we are approximately 5 minutes from the Great River train station and 20 minutes from the Babylon train station. Complimentary car service is provided to and from either station.
If traveling by plane, we are 15 minutes from MacArthur Airport, a destination of Southwest Airlines. Complimentary car service is provided to and from the airport.
